Options..Good or Bad

Options, I first come to know about the importance of this word when I was in 8th standard. My favorite Physics teacher explained me the importance of optional questions which was getting introduced first time in annual examinations. He told me these optional questions are key to get high score in examinations. After 13 long years still those statement hold some grounds. If you want to get good score in anything, you need to take care of options effectively.
Everyone would like to have options for any activity. Shayam says it always better to have some options because options gives u privilege to compare and know what are really the qualities which made you chose things which you have now. This let you understand your belongings better. If you have options you feel comfortable and stress free.
Looks impressive but on contrary Nishita says options make people pessimist. Whenever we give someone an option that makes him feel confused. All competitive exams use same strategy. They make aspirates more confuse by giving those options. There are cases when one realizes that he doesn’t have options, his performance improves drastically. Options make people lazy, feeble and most important treacherous and wicked. This always happen in relationships that when you have an option u don’t much care about other one and end up in losing your dear one. We all have habits of always keeping options but that really affects our performance. It’s better to make ur choice and go ahead with only one option not all. This looks impressive too.
When we analyze both of these thoughts then we feel that options are really a part of our life but we again have options to go ahead with all options or chose a single option and remove others. This is again individual’s choice. Here I remember when in movie Spiderman have been told the importance of options and asked to choose either to be spider man or not. Does really we have an option for whatever we are right now?
Now you have few options.. either curse me for this silly blog or enrich this blog from your comments or do both. Choose one :)

Please don't go

I always consider them as my part, few people say they don’t have emotions they are dead but I never believed that. They always smiled with me, they were with me when I played in rain. They worked hard with me in office and even relaxed with me in free time. I take care of them more then myself. I don’t know what went wrong in our relationship but slowly they started leaving me. It was a surprise for me as I never considered living in this world without them. Somebody says they will come back others says they don’t. Whatever the case is I am still investigating the reason of their strange attitude.
Few people say this shows you are getting more intelligence. Do I really need to choose between intelligence and them? Does this is the reason why they r leaving me without any intimation? Does the increasing presence of intelligence have really aggravated them? Can’t both live together with me in nirvana?
Many such questions echo around me every time I think about them. From where I get an answer is another vibrant question. They r still migrating slowly with each passing day, lets see if I can really find some better gimmick for conciliating them in time and both intelligence and they live together because for me its much harder to chose anyone between them. I hope once they feel my deep solicitude and melancholy for them, they would change their decision to leave me. Hey my hairs I really love you.

Do I Really Want To Express Myself

This is my first time when I don’t like my favorite musicians tune this is not because tune is not good. I think this is one of his greatest works which is still in my favorite list then what is the issue, why each time this tune meet my ear’s internal membrane, it triggers some chemical reaction which make me vexatious. I suppose in my unconscious mind somewhere some logic has been rewritten which is responsible for this effect. Let me tell you this story which I suppose is responsible for this physically strange reaction.

The story starts from that day when I need to go to America for one official assignment. So my cell phone was going to remain ideal for at least next 3 months I tried to find out a solution to keep my number to avoid any hassle of distributing it again to everyone but here was the twist, one lady in sweet voice offered me an option to keep my number by just paying few hundred bucks, wow this sounds nice (may be because of her voice but I didn’t give a second thought for opting that). So just like a responsible citizen I paid all my dues with additional service charges and made my cell into “Safe Custody” as they call it.

When I returned back from my trip, I tried to activate my number again. Some lady again in sweet voice asked 50 bucks from me as service charge to activate it again. No issues please do it as soon as possible I replied ( even it was a pain for me, why the hell I need to pay 50 bucks again but never mind I getting my number back may be I have not read ( * ) section). Ur number will get activated in next four hours sir, she replied.

After 12 hours my number wasn’t started, I called them back. This time a guy replied sir u need to reinsert ur SIM, ur number is very well activated. I feel satisfied with the answer I said thanks and disconnected. After making several effort of reinserting my SIM in phone I still get same message “Registration failed” (but that was a nice exercise for ur fingers, try it). I again made a call, this time lady again. Sir it seems u have some issues with ur SIM u need to go to other customer care centre (It’s a pain if someone ask u to go some centre which works only 11 am to 6 pm in mid of a week), My reply was Ok ill try to manage. When I appeared next day at so called Customer Care centre they told me that ur SIM has been changed this one is wrong SIM please ensure( How the hell this could happen) I told them this has an impossible probability but for the god sake tell me the solution. We can give u another sim on the same number with the cost Rs 300 and it will get activated in four hours, they replied. After 72 hour long struggle I wasn’t able to deny this offer. Please do it.

After another 24 hours and make reinsurance calls saying “Our apologies for delay and ur nos will get activated in next four hours” (loop at least 10 times) they told me that before three month ur number was not made in self custody but u had closed ur connection (another Mystery if I made self custody call then who did that, I suppose the same person who did my SIM change in US), So u can’t get ur connection back because it is now converted into lifetime prepaid. Here is new form sir u just need to provide us few document and Rs 250 deposit to so called “ Express Yourself ”.

That’s my story, responsible to decide me not to express any further and thus I changed my service provide from AIRTEL to HUTCH. Now I am planning to sue Mr. A R RAHMAN whose alluring tunes are responsible to put me this ambuscade, be prepare sir. I am also planning to find out and sue the Mysterious Mr. X who is playing with my life from the last three months. Someone asked, Why not sue AIRTEL. Let me think …

Before You Quit Your Job

Robert says to become a great entrepreneur u need to fail. He says that being a entrepreneur is like sky diving without a parachute and creating your parachute in middle of sky and if you fail its very hard to stand and board to flight again. If I try to get the essence of both statements, it sum up like for being a gr8 entrepreneur you need to take a free fall from sky :( what a crap. No no i really don't want to become such a entrepreneur. This is not all, he again says don't plan and calculate too much before starting any business otherwise you will become plan paralytic on contrary he says you need to take calculated risk, what a mess, how can someone draw a line about how much to calculate, isn't that a complicated idea.

Anyways its not like i m here to just criticise him, he mentioned one very important thing that both employee and entrepreneur are not from same creed. These two lives in different world which has different set of rules. One thing which is right for one could be an insane act for other. I completely agree two different world, two different methodologies to work but he again goes further and says that making mistake while being an employee is bad but being an entreprenuer it good. I suppose you cant justify making mistake in any environment, if you made mistake its bad and you need to accept it and take lessons out of it, doesn't matter you are employee or entrepreneur but i agree that due to nature of job and entrepreneur need to take more decisions then employee which again increase your risk of getting a bad decision because of "The rule of Probability", but ya by being an entrepreneur might be you don't feel bad because no one is there to fire you but still you have a risk of getting out of job as well as out of money.

If you take calculated risk you will get benefits irrespective of you are an employee or an entrepreneur but might be while being employee you don't get more chance of taking a risk that is a different subject and again depends upon nature of job.

I thinks in today's fast growing world the difference between entrepreneur and employee is shrinking for example in companies you can play both role by simply holding some % of shares and many big CEO's are doing same in this date. You could play boss even by just being a simple employee. Its just depends on your talent and ability to mop "cooperative money". So only think to quite your job when you really need to do different and time not permits, just not for sake of taking bigger risk and getting failed. In my view calculate all your moves before taking any action, think about all possible issues and there backup plan, the only thing i can say is sooner is better which we learnt in our school period. Sorry Mr Robert but i really get lot of such things from my education system and i don't feel its not made to create good entrepreneurs, just you need to choose right field to start.

There is a probability that my comments could be biased because i am also an employee so if you want to know Robert T. Kiyosaki view read his book "Before You Quit Your Job" but in my my view entrepreneur is again an employee of his own commitments like any other employees, so there is no escape.

Sorry Mr. Robert may be i am in bad mood :( and don't want to accept your colourful characterization of entrepreneur or maybe its just a crap.

Blank Friday Needs An Answer

The world is different for everyone or you can say what matters for one is his own perception and everyone’s perception is different. One thing which is right for you could be a heinous crime for other. In one perception a holy worship which could make his road to heaven comfortable could be homicide in some other’s perception.

This difference you can clearly feel in the movie Black Friday. This movie is not to blame anyone for any activity. This movie is to assert, how one action can trigger another action in more secular fashion then any of our so called secular political parties.

The best worship of God (don’t misinterpret at least this, I am also referring for Ram, Allah and all such great powers here) is to help others but I don’t know why we always avoid all such teaching of every religion. We always try to identify themselves by some group or community and work to show that community superior. I feel that whoever is trying to prove their superiority is somewhere deeply suffering with inferiority complex and there is only one way to recover from that is to help humanity to cherish but we always trying to recover from this inferiority complex by making someone suffer. We always think that if one is suffering and I am not then I am better. Is that really true.. do we need to destroy others life to feel better. This movie raises several such questions and we must need to find answers for those.

My take is just give one person a reason to smile by reducing their problems and you will definitely feel better then what you would feel by having any other religious worship. I am not here in mood to preach but I am definitely here to make you convince for avoiding violence and if you are still not then go and watch this movie Black Friday after that you will definitely agree me.

In last I want to conclude this article by saying that whatever your perception could be but always avoid violence. This could sound a bit boring to you but by imposing our perception on other using violence triggers some retaliation sooner or later and we can’t feel satisfied by killing more people then other did because when one person die lots of persons emotion get and after that for them nothing matters neither haven nor hell and by destroying ones life you cant remain comfortable even in Heaven.
